Leap Online Purchases Terms and Conditions

Thank you for considering purchasing a LEAPing session with LEAP HAMILTON!

Please find listed below our trading terms and conditions. By purchasing your session you are deemed to have understood and accepted these.  There is a check box in the online checkout with terms and conditions and they over-ride what is written here if there is any changes made.

Purchases made through the LEAP website are non-refundable.  Please note that refunds for pre-purchased tickets via the website will not be given on the day of your session if members of your group do not turn up.

If we are given 48 hours notice we can transfer your paid booking value (minus online booking fee) to our gift vouchers to use within a year at a time that suits you better.  These can be broken down into a few vouchers for gifts if needed.

If a purchase is made via the LEAP website using your credit card without your knowledge (ie if your card had been stolen), a refund will be issued provided proof of theft and/or inappropriate use be obtained from the relevant credit card provider and/or insurance company.

If you are choosing to pre-book via phone or email (including parties and groups) a deposit will be required to hold your booking, we can send you an invoice or you can pay via credit card on the phone. Without this non-refundable deposit your booking will be cancelled.  Any changes to guest numbers needs to be made 24 hours before the day or you will be made to pay the booking in full for the tickets you have reserved.  If you need to cancel your booking we will need 48 hours notice to transfer your booking to gift vouchers at leap to use at another time (valid 12 months).

Flips and other tricks are dangerous and leaping on trampolines may result in injury.

By purchasing a session online you understand that you will utilise the equipment within our parks at your own risk and that you must abide by all of LEAPs rules during your time at the park, these rules are displayed throughout the parks and on our website.

LEAP wristband(s) will be issued on your arrival at the park on production of proof of purchase or your ID. Please ensure you wear your wristband throughout your session or you will be asked to exit the equipment.

On your arrival at LEAP you will be taken through a safety briefing. Please ensure you listen carefully to the briefing and follow the instructions and rules issued.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

LEAP uses the third party payment gateway provider Secure Pay for processing of all our credit card payments on-line. All of Secure Pay’s products are PCI-compliant and comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards. Secure Pay has a level 1 Service Provider PCI DSS Compliance.

It is not advisable to use the equipment at LEAP if you have a known heart condition, are pregnant or have any back or spinal injuries. If you are unsure please contact us on 07 850 4222 and a member of our team will be happy to offer you advice.

LEAP takes no responsibility for your personal belongings’ welfare while you are at the park
Children under 5 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult during general sessions
The team at LEAP are able to offer customers instruction for performing tricks and flips. However, customers participate in any instruction completely at their own risk.

The team at LEAP have full authority to deny admittance to the park should customers be seen to be intoxicated. They are also authorised to remove customers from the park who are not abiding by the rules, who are creating a disturbance to others or who are aggressive to team members or customers.

LEAP will not pass or sell your personal information to any third party. From time to time emails may be sent to you from LEAP containing promotional information. You are able to opt out of this service at any time by contacting us at info@leapnz.co.nz.
