What is a Family pass? Can I use it for just children?
Our Family Pass is a Special Admission Rate for families. We love to see families have fun and like to encourage Mum, Dad and the Grand Parents to join in. We do require at least 1 adult to be part of the group if there are any children under 5. Leaping around is fantastic family fun!
Do I have to listen to the safety briefing every time i visit leap?
Yes, if is very important to listen to our Safety Briefing every time you visit LEAP. Our Staff will explain all our safety rules and regulations prior to the start of every session. It is very important to listen carefully, even if you have been briefed before, our rules do change and it is a great reminder of details you might have forgotten since your last visit. The safety of ALL our customers are of out most importance to LEAP.
Our Leap Team will run a first Safety Briefing 5 min prior to the start of your session. There will also be a second Safety Briefing at 10 min after the start of your session. So, if you are running a little late, you will still be able to join your session.
How long before the start of my session do I need to arrive?
We ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session. This allows enough time to process your booking and to complete our Safety Briefing prior to the start of your session. We like all our customers to enjoy their FULL hour of LEAPing!

Do I need to wear leap socks?
No. Grip socks are required to be worn on our trampolines but they do not have to be Leap socks. However, if the socks you bring in look like they will not be safe, we will ask you to buy a new pair. Leap has specifically designed high quality LEAP grip socks. These are non-slip, rubber gripped socks, specifically designed to be used on our trampolines. We have kept the price of the socks to a few dollars. Once purchased you can use them every time you visit, we recommend keeping them in your Glovebox for those unexpected Leap Stops!
Do I need to be on the trampolines with my Pre-Schooler?
Yes, we do require at least 1x active, paying adult per 2x preschoolers on our trampolines at all times. This is to ensure our Little LEAPers are LEAPing to their ability and are kept safe at all times especially if there are others LEAPing in the same session. They are however able to take a break from the trampolines and make use of our mini trampoline and bouncy castle during your session.
We do recommend you take advantage of our Little LEAPer’s sessions every Tues, Wed, Thurs and Friday mornings from 10am – 12pm DURING SCHOOL TERM TIME. This is not only a more affordable time to come it is also for a full two hours and the accompanying adult is Free! Check out our Little Leaper’s programme page for more info.
How long can i stay on the trampolines?
Our sessions at LEAP run for 1 hour and start on the hour, every hour. You are welcome to purchase an additional hour if you would like to stay longer, this will be discounted. We also have plenty of other activities for you to enjoy after your LEAP session finishes as our building does laser games and we have arcade games also. Please see our Activities section for more information on our other fun activities.
Can I help my friend climb onto the wall in the free style leap area?
No. You are more than welcome to use the wall yourself if you are able to LEAP up onto it unassisted. Please do not help any other Leapers climb up onto the wall as this can be very unsafe. Please do not climb up the yellow side safety mats to get to the top of the wall either. The wall is there to be used by Leapers with the ability to LEAP up and down on their own.
I have lost a personal item on the trampolines – how can i get it back?
Please do not attempt to retrieve your item by yourself. Notify one of our LEAP staff members immediately and they will take the correct actions to retrieve your item safely. LEAP staff will take your details and reunite you with your personal item as soon as they can get in under the trampolines to retrieve it. Please make sure you listen carefully during the Safety Briefing regarding how to keep your personal items, jewellery, watches, etc safe. We do advise our customers to remove these items keep in a safe place during their session at LEAP. Any valuables can be left with LEAP staff at reception.
Who can use the small inflatable and enclosed trampoline?
We have a small inflatable and enclosed trampoline especially for our Pre-school aged Leapers. If you are 4 years old or younger, you are welcome to bounce around on our small inflatable and enclosed trampoline. However, if you are 5 years old or older, you cannot play on the preschool equipment.
Can i hire the entire facility for a corporate function?
Yes, LEAP and MEGAZONE are available for Exclusive Hires/Bookings. We have regular returning customers because its just so easy and relaxed and something for everyone to do. I’m parked at the back of the building, can I use the rear entrance?
Unfortunately not, this is solely a Fire Exit. Please make your way around to the front of our building and use the main entrance to our facility.
I would like to hire your party room – how do i go about this?
Birthday parties at LEAP and MEGAZONE are great fun! We have two different sized party rooms, perfect for small or large groups. Please use the contact form or email us leapnzhamilton@gmail.com and we will email you our awesome deals in our Party Packages!
Can we bring our own food and non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks and snack foods to enjoy at LEAP and MEGAZONE. You can also order food to be delivered here and save yourself a drive. We also have a variety of drinks, snacks and espresso coffee available for purchase.
I have a concession card – how does this work?
We no longer sell these. If you subscribe to our email we regularly have discounts for our regular customers.
